Our company uses Schneider CASTLE 6KS products. Every one or two months, the machines start to malfunction, and each time it’s either an abnormal BUS voltage or an issue with the inverter. We asked Schneider’s maintenance staff about the causes of these problems and how to prevent them from occurring so frequently, but they didn’t provide any meaningful suggestions; they simply said it’s part of the normal lifespan of the devices. It’s really frustrating! So I’d like to ask the experts for some advice
Replace it – should it be a high-frequency unit or a low-frequency one? High-frequency units have a higher failure rate. The 6K model isn’t expensive, so it’s better to replace it
Our machine was just replaced half a year ago, and it has already had two problems!
Don’t buy Sante’s products; they’re really terrible
A fake Sant, right? ? ? ? ? ? ?
Change to another brand; there are indeed many fake Santé products out there
The DCS rooms in our company are equipped with Schneider UPS units, and there are many problems with them: they switch to mains power without any reason, there is no output, and the keyboard cannot be used. But it is possible to truly take good care of it. The key is to ensure thorough inspections. Address issues promptly once they are identified. Everything is reciprocal.
Try a UPS with a different APC
How is the after-sales repair service for APC’s cups? If we encounter problems that we can’t solve, are they quick to respond?
Yes, Sante is the most prone to problems, and its service isn’t very good. We’re using Emerson now, or Qingdao Jiechuang. It must be a power-frequency machine; high-frequency machines are not acceptable.
Sant’s is okay; we’ve had it for 9 years and only replaced the battery once
