Mechanical powder self-locking valve or relief valve

Could everyone help me imagine whether there is such a valve: one that can be used in powder conveying pipelines. When the downstream area is filled to a certain level or reaches the designed material height, the feed valve (mechanical type), such as the slag discharge valve, automatically locks shut – it closes automatically once the downstream hopper is full or when the desired material level is reached. It must be mechanical! Thank you first!

I’ve never seen a mechanical one; usually, it’s a powder level switch at the end that sends a signal, and then the control system is used to close the valve. . .
