At the moment, our MDEA consumption is around 0.11–0.13 kg per ton of feed; we’d like to know what level our consumption is at
This is a good level. Because we are currently focusing on amine solution regeneration, the denominator is rather complicated; it hasn’t been calculated in many years. In the past, when we only dealt with catalytic dry gas and liquefied gas, the value was 0.18. According to statistics from 2006, the average dosage consumption for more than 20 units with multiple installations was 0.28.
How long is this loss of time? Thank you! Please, experts, help to resolve this!
