What measures are taken in towers used for granule filling to prevent clogging?

Devices such as reactors and drying towers are equipped with filters in their design, but should the filter be installed after the first valve in the tower? What else should be noted when loading the agent? What are some ways to prevent damage? Before using it after filling it with the agent, should not air be blown through to blow out any damaged dust?
It’s called “blowing,” but I’ve never seen anything being blown out; generally, you’re not allowed to use such a high flow rate either. The mesh count of the nets on the top and bottom should be sufficient; generally, inert magnetic balls are also required, followed by an antifoam net (not a filter)
