After drilling holes in the cylinder, rolling up the metal sheet and welding it as well as performing shot blasting, it was found that the rolled sheet was in the wrong orientation. Can holes be made in another place and the previous holes filled with plates with holes in them?
If the location of the new opening is far from the original one, it is possible to discuss with the equipment manufacturer whether this opening can be changed to a spare port
