What is the acceptable deviation for the wall thickness of pressure vessels? Is it specified in that standard?
Deviation? The steel plate has a negative thickness deviation. But I’ve never heard of any tolerance allowed for the wall thickness of pressure vessels; normally, there is a minimum wall thickness that must not be less than that value.
This deviation varies depending on the part of the equipment, as clearly stated in the relevant standards. For example, for the cylinder body, it’s the material standard ； End caps have their own standards. . . . . .
