What are environmental assessments and acceptance reviews related to the renovation, expansion, or construction of new facilities? What aspects need to be reviewed? 2. For expansion projects that rely on existing utility systems (circular water systems, air separation and air compression power stations, acidic water stripping units, oil-containing wastewater treatment plants, etc.), how should the evaluation of wastewater discharge be carried out? If a new set of heat exchangers is installed (for oil-to-water heat exchange, with higher oil pressure), the review report states that \"by utilizing the existing utility systems, no additional wastewater will be generated.\" Do people think this statement is correct? Don’t heat exchangers need to be cleaned and maintained? Is the possibility of internal leakage in the heat exchanger not taken into account? 3.
