When working on-site, 24V+ ground connection does not cause the fuse to blow, but when working on a certain device before, I encountered a situation where 24V+ ground connection led to the fuse blowing. For systems with floating power supply (where the power system has no ground), 24V+ground will not blow the fuse.
The statement on the 5th floor is correct; if terminal 24 is grounded and then terminal 24+ is also grounded, the fuse will definitely blow!
Without a closed circuit, there is no current; without current, the fuse will not blow, unless there is a high-voltage breakdown. 24+ ground means that this potential is set equal to the ground potential, at which point the reference point of the power supply is -24V.
Agree with the view on floor 5; it burns out when the negative terminal is grounded.
