Oil leakage problem in Milton Roy metering pumps

The field laboratory uses Mitroneer hydraulic diaphragm metering pumps of the RH series, with 1/4 inch inlet and outlet pipes. The pressure in the raw material tank is around 3-5 kilograms. Currently, there is severe oil leakage at the hydraulic diaphragm; after contacting the manufacturer, it was stated that the leakage is caused by the fact that the imported pipelines are too thin. Has anyone else encountered this problem?
The inlet of the metering pump should have a larger diameter than the outlet to ensure proper feeding. We have encountered oil leakage from the hydraulic diaphragm, which was caused by a small hole in the diaphragm. You can check to see if there are any issues in this area
Thank you. Our metering pump diaphragm is a PTFE diaphragm. By the way, I would like to ask whether oil leakage is closely related to the thickness of our pipelines? There is pressure at the feed end.
Sorry, we use static pressure feeding, which is different from yours, so we cannot give you a definite opinion. I think the main purpose of importing crude is to ensure that the feed pipeline is filled. The oil leakage issue we encountered before was resolved after replacing the diaphragm
