1. Equipment register: Information on equipment classification, manufacturing details, location data, technical parameters, organizational structure, drawings and documents; hierarchical management of equipment and equipment structure lists.
2. Reliability-centered management: Analysis of equipment functions, failures, causes of failures, and their impacts; formulation of maintenance strategies and plans.
3. Preventive/predictive maintenance: Standard operating procedures; regular inspections such as major repairs, minor repairs, and routine maintenance; condition-based maintenance.
4. Maintenance work orders: Reports on defects/failures; maintenance work orders; control of maintenance budgets; management of maintenance spare parts; management of outsourced maintenance services; management of maintenance costs.
