Are manual liquid nitrogen pumps and electric liquid nitrogen pumps safe for transferring liquid nitrogen?

For a recent project, it was necessary to transfer liquid nitrogen from a standard 10L liquid nitrogen tank into a small, semi-open container with a height of 1 meter. After checking information online, there are now manual liquid nitrogen pumps and electric liquid nitrogen pumps. The principle behind them is as follows: For the hand-operated liquid nitrogen pump, this type of pump uses a compressed rubber ball to create a negative pressure that draws in liquid nitrogen; the liquid nitrogen then vaporizes in a vaporization chamber, generating pressure that facilitates its automatic transportation. The pump body is equipped with valves, a pressure gauge, a safety valve, and an infusion tube. Electric liquid nitrogen pump: Connect to power to activate the cylinder. When the piston in the cylinder compresses, compressed air enters the vaporization chamber through a plastic tube. Under pressure, the bottom valve closes while the upper check valve opens, allowing the air to flow into the liquid nitrogen container through an external tube. This causes some of the liquid nitrogen in the container to vaporize, thereby creating a low pressure. This causes the bottom valve at the lower part of the suction tube to open, allowing a small amount of liquid nitrogen to enter the vaporization chamber where it rapidly vaporizes. As the pressure in the vaporization chamber increases, the upper check valve opens, allowing liquid nitrogen to enter the liquid nitrogen container. The increase in pressure inside the container forces the liquid nitrogen to be discharged through the drain pipe connection and out of the drain metal hose. Now I have a question: is the application of this type of pump – which creates negative pressure by vaporizing some liquid nitrogen, thereby forcing the liquid nitrogen into metal hoses and delivering it to the target container – already mature? Is it safe? Has anyone used it, or does anyone you know use it?
