Which point does the temperature in the wax oil evaporation section of a coking unit refer to?

What does the temperature in the evaporation section of coker wax oil refer to? Is it the temperature of the oil and gas at the first tray below the wax oil collection tank? Is it the temperature of the oil and gas below the third tray (counting from top to bottom)? These three layers of trays are the three layers of trays located beneath the wax oil collection tank. The old fractionation tower uses tongue-shaped trays ； The new design uses bar float valves.
Personally, I think the temperature in the evaporation section refers to the temperature in the area below the wax oil stripping tower; it’s a range of temperatures rather than referring to a specific tray level. I’m not sure if that’s correct
The temperature of the oil and gas at the bottom of the wax oil collection tank is the temperature after cooling through the chevron trays and tongue-shaped trays; it is the saturation temperature achieved when the oil and gas go from an overheated state to a saturated state.
