The water content in the purified gas MDEA solution is as high as 1000 PPm; what causes this?
Does it refer to the purification of exhaust gases to remove water content as high as 1000 ppm?
Has the liquid level in the solvent storage tank risen? It might be due to a large temperature difference between the inlet and outlet of the absorption tower, which causes some water to end up in the solution.
Is the absorption tower fed in three layers? If so, try changing the feed to the lowest layer.
