Are the valves on general piping determined by the process? So, how is it determined in terms of manufacturing processes which type and size of valve to use? Most of them use flanged valves these days
The process is determined by the technology, including where valves need to be installed However, the type of valve to use is not entirely determined by the process, such as control valves. In fact, this also includes manual valves; each type of valve has its own characteristics, and there are specific requirements regarding their areas of use.
