A fixed hydraulic lift is a cargo lifting device with good lifting stability and wide applicability. It is mainly used in production lines for transporting goods that have height differences at a certain cross-section on automated lines, as well as for lifting tasks such as moving materials in and out and assembling workpieces. Depending on different work requirements and usage environments, various types of workbenches, power sources, control methods, and other additional accessories can be configured. The basic rules for the use and maintenance of fixed hydraulic lifts are as follows: 1. When using a hydraulic lift, the work surface must be kept level. 2. When working outdoors in harsh conditions, users should wear safety ropes. 3. It is strictly prohibited for people to climb during the machine’s lifting process. 4. The fixed hydraulic lift must not be moved after it has been raised; lifting operations must not be carried out unless all four legs are firmly in place. 5. Overloading is strictly prohibited during use, and the items carried must be properly placed. 6. The hydraulic oil used should be kept clean, free from water and other impurities; it is generally recommended to replace it every six months. 7. During maintenance or in the event of a malfunction, the power supply should be cut off promptly. After lifting, the elevator must be secured firmly before proceeding.
