Pressure transmitter switching issue

Last night, during production, one pressure transmitter experienced a spike in reading. The normal pressure in the tank was 0.3 MPa, but it suddenly rose to 0.8 MPa last night. The DCS readings showed that for about two seconds, the pressure suddenly dropped to 0 MPa before rising back to 0.8 MPa and then returning to normal. However, the DCS interlock system was activated, causing all the valves to close, which had some impact. I would like to know what caused this phenomenon. The pressure transmitter in question is a Shanghai 3151 model with a measurement range of 0–1 MPa.
Check if there is any momentary interference.
It’s still better to choose well-known brands for key instruments, such as Rosemount or Yokogawa; trying to save money often leads to serious problems.
Check whether the other parameters are operating normally, to rule out the influence of the manufacturing process; the possibility of interference is relatively high...
It could be interference, but I personally think it is the quality of the instruments that is a cause for concern; proper instruments should be chosen for important measurement points.
It’s basically interference. The quality of Rosemount and EJA in critical applications is truly reliable.
