Is such a thing really happening? What is the mechanism of poisoning? Is it ethylene glycol corroding the EPDM rubber or resin poisoning? 2. The supplier recommends PVDF pipes or FEP pipes, as well as stainless steel pipes. But it’s too expensive, and only hoses can be used in the system; apart from FEP hoses, can embedded UHMWPE hoses be used?

EPDM stands for ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber, but as for whether it ionizes in water, I’m not very sure about that; my knowledge of chemistry isn’t that good
