The molten salt pump won’t start!

The pump motor, current, and signals are all fine; however, the pump will not start nor can it be rotated manually. It is suspected that there is salt deposition inside the pump. If the salt is not completely removed, residues will remain. How can such problems be prevented?
Was there no flushing after stopping the pump? Such a pump should have flushing pipes for steam or condensate, right! When our urine pumps are not in use, they are flushed with steam condensate, and the flushing stops only when the pump is started up.
How to rinse it? What if water or steam gets into the molten salt tank after rinsing?
It’s equipped with a drain line, and the fluid is discharged directly through that drain line. Since the inlet and outlet valves of the pump are both closed, how can it get into the molten salt tank?
It’s probably the molten salt that has stuck things together. Pumps are generally submerged in molten salt, and it is necessary to rotate the shaft before use, as the sliding bearings might have stuck.
