At 19:50, the shift handover took place, marking the beginning of a 12-hour long night. At 22:15, two sets of car headlights were detected by the cameras; everyone was immediately told to get ready. 10 seconds later, the department’s on-duty supervisor appeared at the entrance to the outdoor area, greeted everyone warmly, checked that everyone was there, had them sign in, and then they left. Survived the first trial. Note: There is a CCTV camera on site aimed at the entrance of the outdoor work area; someone is always monitoring it to prevent leaders from launching a surprise attack. 23:13 Ding.....ding......ding...duang We sat up in shock. 1 second later, the door opened, and the company’s on-duty manager appeared at the entrance. Oh, quite energetic! He instinctively kicked the wrench at his feet and turned to leave. Escaped disaster. Note: After the department’s on-duty supervisor leaves, we close the door and hang a small wrench on the doorknob. As the handle was turned outside, the wrench fell, and the person sat up. All of these are done in one go, just like the drills! I’m sorry, I didn’t notice anyone in the surveillance footage. 2:35 Another ding.....ding......ding...duang. The same process was repeated, this time it was the safety and discipline inspection team. Escaped disaster. Note: No one can keep an eye on the surveillance at this point. Well, I can finally breathe easy now. Stretching in the morning after work – real stories keep happening, different every day. . . . . . . . . . Stay focused and do your job well; don’t be careless
Working the night shift – such checks are also for your own good; you need to understand this from a mental standpoint! Otherwise, once something goes wrong, there will be no chance to regret it!
I admit it: I’m not in good form at work, but if this goes on day after day with such a low salary, no one can tolerate it. If you don’t believe me, give it a try! ! ! :'(
It’s very vivid and realistic – a true portrayal of work. Although I’ve never worked night shifts myself, I have heard of similar situations where people knock on the door

Oh, I misread it – the wrench is on the doorknob... it can’t hit anyone! Anyway, these leaders are quite dedicated to their work, even in the middle of the night...
It seems there must be rules specifying how many need to be caught in order to receive a reward; otherwise, who would be so dedicated?~
I guess there’s some task to complete; if no one is caught, bonuses will be deducted. You guys work in shifts of four, right? That’s even better than us – we work in shifts of three, and yet no one complains about that →_→ It’s tough
The direction of the wind cannot be changed, but the sails can be adjusted； One can’t control the weather, but one can adjust their mood. If things can’t be changed, then change your mindset. In the chemical industry, safety comes first; adhering to discipline is the most fundamental requirement.
