The leader said that first-class companies manage people through culture, second-class companies manage people through systems, while third-class companies manage people through individuals! Compared my company! It’s probably a bit better than third-rate, but a bit worse than second-rate! ;P Is it because the company sometimes follows the rules? Sometimes people say the system isn’t good – should we just do as the leaders say? What tier are these companies in? ;P
Personally, I think it should be considered fourth-rate. Culture? Team activities cannot be organized ； System? For the owner’s review; when working, you need to consider the overall interests of the company and put in more effort ； When something goes wrong, they say you’re going beyond the scope of your duties ； People? If it seems appropriate, it should be part of one’s regular duties; just do it ； If not, hand it over to the manager, unless the manager insists on taking control. Money? I won’t starve, but I can’t afford much either; things aren’t great outside, so I’ll just stay put for now!
It lies somewhere between one and three, four; systems can control part of it, but even with systems, human intervention is still needed. However, often people turn a blind eye or even are not present on site.
