(IV) Declaration and registration of hazardous waste: Management indicators include: 1. If there are significant changes in the matters declared, they shall be reported promptly. Key implementation points: (1) It is necessary to report monthly to the Jiangsu Province Hazardous Waste Dynamic Management Information System data on the types and quantities of hazardous waste generated, stored, disposed of, or utilized. (2) The submitted data must be verified against the company’s regular records of hazardous waste generation and treatment, as well as its management plans. Basis for penalties for violating this regulatory requirement: Article 75 of the Solid Waste Law: Those who fail to declare and register hazardous waste in accordance with **provisions, or engage in fraud during such declaration and registration, shall be fined not less than 10,000 yuan but not more than 100,000 yuan.
