The actual operating parameters of the methanol-consuming root device are related to factors such as scale, and there is no fixed value; design parameters can be used as a reference. To control methanol loss, efforts should be focused on the following aspects: 1. The methanol content in the purified gas (mainly by controlling the temperature and operating pressure of the wash tower); 2. Methanol content in acidic gases: mainly controlled by the temperature after cryogenic treatment and by preventing liquid carryover ； 4.
