Hello everyone. I have been working in the control systems industry for many years, dealing with the management and maintenance of control systems in small and medium-sized enterprises in China. I have found that a significant portion of these enterprises lack professional technicians for the maintenance of their control systems; even simple modifications require the help of external service providers. This not only takes time but is also costly. It would be great if we could provide free system maintenance services for these enterprises! ! Everyone, please share your opinions.
Is the original poster willing to provide free services for control systems? Or is it to discuss how to offer free technical services?
Willing to provide free services. I’d also like to hear any suggestions regarding this free approach.
It’s not that companies are unwilling to carry out the maintenance themselves; it’s that their own technical staff are reluctant to take on this responsibility. If someone else can do it, why do it yourself? And on top of that, it doesn’t even earn you praise!
Well, this is also a very important reason. But I think the possibility of not pleasing others exists, yet it shouldn’t be used as a main reason.
Use this as a starting point to build customer relationships and implement customer relationship management. Lay the groundwork for potential opportunities.
First, it’s difficult for them to trust you; second, even if there’s a chance in the future, they will still choose the manufacturer that originally developed the system
It’s difficult to do; rights and obligations go hand in hand. If you provide something for free, it’s not fair to expect others to take on responsibilities
Well, that makes sense. Only by truly providing customers with the satisfactory service they need can trust be earned.
