I would like to ask the teachers: for standard heat exchange tubes with diameters of φ19 and φ25, does this mean that the inner diameter of these tubes is 19 and 25 respectively?
It refers to the outer diameter. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

The size specifications for ordinary pipes are indicated as: outer diameter * wall thickness * length. For example, Φ25*2*6000mm denotes a pipe with an outer diameter of 25 mm, a wall thickness of 2 mm, and a length of 6 m. If it is L, it means it’s an irregular ruler.
