It deals with hazardous chemical processes, and the SIS system is being added in accordance with the requirements regarding interlocks for such processes set forth by the State Administration for Work Safety. The tank area, intermediate tank area, and reaction units are classified as first-level major hazard sources. Are there any specific requirements regarding interlocks for such major hazard sources? Are there any regulations that can serve as a guide? The **Interim Provisions on the Supervision and Management of Major Hazardous Chemical Sources (General Administration Order No. 40)** does mention it, but I think the details are not clear. Article 23(2) of Chapter 3 of the **Interim Provisions on the Supervision and Management of Major Hazardous Sources of Chemicals** (Order No. 40 of the **State Administration for Work Safety**): The automated control systems of the chemical production facilities that constitute major hazardous sources must meet the requirements for safe production ; For major hazard sources of level 1 or 2, an emergency shutdown system shall be installed: (3) Emergency isolation devices shall be installed for key facilities within major hazard sources such as toxic gases, **liquids, and flammable gases; for facilities dealing with toxic gases, emergency treatment devices for leaks shall be provided. For major hazard sources of level 1 or 2 involving toxic gases, liquefied gases, and **liquids, an independent safety instrumented system must be installed.
