Does anyone know about the application of horizontal sedimentation filtration centrifuges in chemical plants?

For the materials I have here, there is a significant difference in density between the solids and liquids. However, due to their viscosity, the filtering effect is poor; therefore, I am considering settling first and then using centrifugal filtration. I wonder if this is feasible
