There is a bucket of liquid substance; during laboratory pilot tests, it is poured into the reactor after being accurately weighed. I would like to ask how this can be achieved in large-scale production, and how it is possible to measure quickly and easily the mass of the liquid that enters the reactor via pipes. (Don’t multiply volume by density)
Weighing devices are installed on the containers for storing liquids, so that the amount added each time can be measured.
Installing an automatic batching scale (hopper type) can solve the problem of continuous weighing.....
