Imported fans are generally chosen for dust removal purposes; what factors lead to such high requirements for selection?

From a design perspective, let me explain. I have been working with fans for a long time; initially I was involved in design work, and now I deal with the distribution of imported brands. First of all, domestic models are extremely outdated – they haven’t changed in decades, and their efficiency is much lower. Additionally, their pressure output is not as high as that of imported models, as most imported models are designed to operate at 60 Hz, which allows for better design strength and material selection. Moreover, parameters of imported fans can be adjusted so that they can operate directly at 50 Hz, whereas few domestic manufacturers possess such design capabilities.
