Add water in small amounts first, then oil in small amounts, ensuring that the water does not vaporize; keep the water temperature at 70–90 degrees, and avoid letting the oil temperature get too high, keeping it between 90–100 degrees. Then increase the amounts of water and oil alternately, while continuing to maintain both temperatures within the desired range. The water temperature must not be too low, nor should it vaporize; the oil temperature must not exceed the limit, and no wax buildup should occur.

All other methods of injection constitute illegal operations. The solution is to convert the circulating water into heated circulating water; that will resolve the issue. Alternatively, use secondary circulating water – in any case, it’s necessary to have a high water temperature in order to effectively solve the problem of wax formation in heavy oil water coolers
I agree with the opinion from the fourth floor. We have added heating steam on the water side here to ensure that hot water is used for cooling the residue oil. When putting the cooler into operation, hot water is introduced first, followed by the residue oil, and no condensation in the pipes has occurred.
