There, theory and practice go hand in hand: one can see the equipment, the technicians, hear the sound of the motors, and smell the scent of oil. There is a book titled Oil Blending; you can look for it in the shelf.

One can research it on their own; after all, the oil blending technology is not yet very systematic. Different regions blend oils based on the resources available in their area, so there is no fixed formula for oil blending
Practicing oil adjustment is very important; the more you practice, the more you will learn things that aren’t covered in books. You need to learn how to find useful resources wherever possible
