Explosion protection issues with stainless steel manual chains

At the petrochemical plant’s railway quay, equipment requires manual chains to drive the cast-iron sprockets. The chains are now made of stainless steel material – does this meet the requirements? Or are there any corresponding standards? I hope everyone can give some advice. Thank you!
There’s basically no good answer left. So the copper chain was replaced, and it was made shock-resistant using hand tools.
Genuine stainless steel should be explosion-proof; it’s the stainless iron variety that’s a concern. Copper is the best choice; it’s definitely explosion-proof.
