The fire alarm system in our factory often malfunctions, resulting in false fire alarms. Despite multiple attempts at after-sales support, the problem has not been resolved. Do other users know about this issue? Can it be blocked? Is there a problem?

Frequent false alarms can be silenced when it is not possible to restore the alarm to normal operation; otherwise, other sensors will not receive alarm signals when a fire is detected. (Out of 100 probes, 1 is damaged and 1 has failed in terms of shielding; the other 99 are still functional. Without shielding, none of the 100 probes will work.)
It is possible to consider installing a waterproof cover outside the outdoor handbill. In other cases, such as when someone is smoking in the office, a smoke alarm detection is not considered a false alarm.
In principle, it cannot be blocked. If nothing else works, just block it. If the number of points is low, it can be explained when the fire department comes to inspect. The best approach is to find an expert who can make the panel show no shielding signal and the status light remain off, even though there is actually shielding present.
This isn’t trying to deceive oneself; if something really does happen, it will cause problems. A procedure for fire alarm response can be established – once an alarm is triggered, the situation should first be verified on site, taking into account firefighting measures as well as safety considerations.
