Are the vibration levels of the catalytic flue fan at the installation site the same as those indicated by the instruments indoors? The reading indoors is around 70, while the vibration level measured using a vibration detector at the installation site is around 16. Is this normal?
Are there few experts on catalytic equipment in the group now? If I don’t get a reply, I’ll go to the equipment section instead
There are still deviations in the data measured by handheld vibrators. For example, hold this vibration meter in your hand and see if you can keep the vibration at 0. Compared to the measurement points inside the smoke extractor, this error is much smaller! It’s best to consider the parameters for several key points together!

You are measuring the vibration of the shell, while the instrument is measuring the vibration of the bearing bracket. Additionally: For the amplitude and acceleration measured manually, make sure to use the same units as those used by the instruments. Also, scrape off the paint from the measurement point and press it firmly during measurement.
Generally, the unit for vibration values on CCS is μm. Handheld devices can measure displacement, velocity, and acceleration – depending on your choice. Additionally, handheld devices detect vibration in the bearing housing, while online monitoring measures vibration in the bearing bushes; there is a difference between the two, but it’s not very significant
One is for testing the casing, and the other is for testing the rotor; they are definitely different
