There is a heat network heater, with design pressures of 1.5 MPa for the shell side and the tube side, and design temperatures of 260°C and 150°C respectively. The volume of the tube side is approximately 6.9 m3, while the volume of the shell side is about 14 m3. Does this equipment fall into Category II?
