As the title suggests: Is it a serious mistake that no regulations exist for the airtightness testing of liquefied petroleum gas cylinders? What do you all think, friends?

According to experts in the chemical industry, a gas-tightness test should be conducted, but according to the regulations on solids and liquids, such conditions are not met for carrying out a gas-tightness test. If the hydrogen sulfide content is restricted and stress corrosion does not occur, then there is no need to perform a gas-tightness test.

I believe that we should refer to the design drawings; if a gas-tightness test is specified in the design, it should be carried out, and this does not conflict with the fixed capacity regulations
