A safety management organization must be established; what is the minimum number of employees required?

For other production and business entities that are not covered by the provisions of the preceding paragraph, if they have more than 100 employees, they shall establish a safety production management organization or appoint full-time safety production managers ； If the number of employees is 100 or less, full-time or part-time safety management personnel must be assigned.
