I have reviewed some literature, which indicates that the blending ratio ranges from 10% to 33%. The water content in biochemical sludge is estimated to be around 80%. Has anyone among you experienced similar cases of blending such materials? I plan to carry out co-firing in a bubbling fluidized bed or a circulating fluidized bed furnace; I’m not sure if this is feasible. If possible, could you provide relevant information or design plans? The challenges lie in determining the co-firing ratio and mixing the sludge with coal powder.
