I’d like to ask the experts: for valves like molecular sieves, what kind of sealing rings are suitable? Sometimes, sand can make sealing difficult; how about rubber gaskets?

The main causes of valve sticking are leftover weld slag and the like that are not completely removed during device purging, as well as the pulverized products of molecular sieves. As for rubber washers, temperature fluctuations can cause them to age, affecting their performance and sealing ability.
So what is a good material for sealing?
A dedicated PTFE gasket is required, capable of withstanding temperatures of at least 250 degrees Celsius.
Fluororubber will do; it should be able to handle temperatures of up to 200 degrees without any problem. Hangyang currently uses fluororubber for these applications
