How should the auxiliary equipment of a heating furnace be arranged?

This is the first time I’m encountering a heating furnace used for desulfurization. On the PID page related to it, there are several devices; let’s call them auxiliary devices related to this furnace for now. These include heat exchangers, desulfurization towers, and purified gas coolers. Can they be arranged together? According to fire codes. Do any experienced users in this field have any suggestions regarding equipment layout? Thank you! !

What is the heating furnace afraid of? Fear of inhaling combustible gases from the surroundings into the heater.

If they are non-flammable, non-explosive solid fuels, they can be placed together; these devices can be considered as a single unit, and only the spacing required for their operation and maintenance needs to be taken into account (this is an alternative approach, and it depends on whether it is permitted in your area). If it is a flammable or gaseous fuel, then there’s nothing to discuss – it must be kept 30 meters away, in strict accordance with the regulations. If conditions permit, and for safety reasons, it should be handled in line with petrochemical industry standards.
