What welding electrode should be used for cladding Hastelloy on Q345R?

As the title suggests, I would appreciate it if experts could offer some guidance; thanks in advance
Actually, composite panels can solve the problem; surfacing is a hassle!

A sealing surface is to be welded onto a 150-thick flange; it’s not cost-effective to purchase composite material for this purpose
It is relatively difficult to use welding rods for surfacing Hastelloy (at least 3-4 layers or more); it is better to consider other methods
Buy a small plate and weld it to the steel flange; surfacing welding electrodes are too expensive.
There are many types of Hastelloy alloys; shall we not specify which one?
We use C276 for surfacing, with ERNiCrMo-4 welding wire for direct surfacing.
