The boss hires you to solve problems, not to create them; if you can’t identify problems or solve them, then you yourself are a problem. The higher your position, the more problems you’re able to solve; the more problems you solve, the higher your salary will be. Let those who solve problems rise to higher positions, let those who create problems step down, and let those who complain about problems be removed from their roles. Problems are your opportunities: 1. Company problems: they represent opportunities for you to make improvements; 2. Customer problems: they represent opportunities for you to provide services; 3. Your own problems: they represent opportunities for your growth; 4. Colleague problems: they represent opportunities for you to offer support and build cooperation; 5. Leader problems: they represent opportunities for you to take proactive action and gain trust; 6. Competitor problems: they represent opportunities for you to become stronger. ▌Do not leave the team easily, otherwise you will have to start from scratch: 1. Don’t give up just because things don’t go smoothly; every team has its problems as well as its strengths. 2. It’s important to work under the right leader – one who is willing to teach you and gives you the opportunity to take action; such a leader should be cherished. 3. The problems within the team are opportunities for you to stand out; complaining about the team is like slapping yourself in the face, admitting your own incompetence, and giving up those opportunities. 4. Be grateful – thank the system for providing you with a platform, and thank your colleagues for their cooperation. 5. Generating profit is the core value of your existence; entrepreneurship is not about doing charity work. 6. When faced with problems, think first; merely reporting problems is a basic level of behavior; thinking about and solving problems is what constitutes a higher level of skill. ▌Look for ways to succeed, not excuses for failure. Your responsibilities determine your direction; your experiences constitute your assets; your personality shapes your destiny. Paragraph 2: Simplify complex tasks, and you become an expert; repeat simple tasks, and you become skilled; do repeated tasks with dedication, and you become a winner. Paragraph 3: Success belongs to those who are confident, opportunities belong to those who are proactive, and miracles belong to those who are persistent! If you don’t want to do something, you’ll always find excuses; but if you really want to do it, you’ll always find a way! ▌Who will ultimately reap the rewards of success? First: those who can keep growing alongside the team; second: those who remain optimistic about the team’s future; third: those who can find their place within the team’s continuous efforts to explore new paths; fourth: those who keep learning new things in order to help the team achieve its new goals; fifth: those who have strong resilience and patience; sixth: those who work together with the team, sharing both joys and hardships; seventh: those who put the overall interests ahead of personal gains and losses; eighth: those who have great ambitions, possess both talent and virtue, and are willing to make sacrifices
It’s all the leaders who force people to work.
Things that the leaders don’t believe in are just used to trick everyone into working, so that the leaders can stay in power.
Is this poster little *******? Hehe, one has no choice in the workplace!
Don’t keep thinking of giving up when things don’t go well; every team has its problems as well as its strengths
Actually, the team has quite strong strength. But you are joining a motivated team.
