Here, we use a five-valve assembly plus a condenser and transmitter to measure steam flow; the boiler has to be shut down in winter. 1. Does the condenser need to have water drained (with temperatures as low as minus 40 degrees)? 2. Is the shutdown of the five-valve assembly done before or after the boiler is shut down? 3. How do I drain water? 4. How should the five-valve assembly be operated when starting the boiler?
