After struggling for a year, I finally obtained the necessary documents yesterday. To give some background: I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in 2007 and a master’s degree in 2010. I passed the exam for certification in basic chemical engineering in 2009. From 2010 to 2014, I worked at Company A, and it was Company A that paid my social security contributions; it seemed to be a shell company, though its head office appeared to have the necessary qualifications. Our branch, however, might not have such qualifications. I was assigned to work at Company B, and due to my good performance, I became a full-time employee there in September 2014; Company B then started to provide social insurance for me. I registered in June 2014; since I had taken the exam in 2009, I applied as a bachelor’s degree candidate, with Organization B listed as my employer. So from the moment I learned that I had passed the professional registration exam, I was worried that the review might not be approved, and ever since then I have been keeping an eye on this matter. To summarize: 1. The reviewers check social insurance records to determine whether the working duration is sufficient, without considering the employer. When getting the certificate, I saw a colleague who said he graduated with a master’s degree about 10 years ago and applied using his bachelor’s degree; his length of social security coverage might not be sufficient, as his employer did not enroll him in social security during the first year. The examiner then asked whether he had brought his master’s degree certificate People said they didn’t have it with them, but the examiner told them to queue up to get the certificate. I think as long as one has sufficient years of experience at the bachelor’s and master’s levels, it’s fine even if the social security requirements aren’t met; various excuses can be given (it’s just my personal opinion). Maybe the situation wasn’t like that back then, and I’m interpreting things out of context; but such a situation does exist, so I’m sharing this with everyone. 2. The entity that stamps the document (Unit B) and the entity responsible for social insurance (Unit A) need not be the same. 3. The location of the exam has nothing to do with one’s household registration, social security, or workplace; applicants can register anywhere. It doesn’t matter if the basic exam and the professional exam are held at different locations; as long as there is a certificate of passing the basic exam, that’s sufficient. 4. It doesn’t matter what organization or educational background you write down when registering for the exam; if you make a mistake or enter incorrect information, you can download the registration form again and fill it out anew when picking up the certificate. 5. To avoid taking risks, one must wait 5 years after graduating from undergraduate studies before they can apply; for those with a graduate degree, 3 years have to pass since graduating from their undergraduate program before applying. If someone with a graduate degree applies using their undergraduate credentials, even if 5 years have passed since graduating from undergraduate studies, it’s not possible to provide proof of 5 years of social insurance coverage, so it’s still necessary to meet the requirement of 3 years after graduating from graduate studies. . .
