What color is the water coming from a rusty pipe? Red, yellow? Why? I seek help from experts to resolve this issue.
There are obviously iron residues, mostly yellow in color~
Is rust good? Iron oxide trioxide. ;P
Rust is indeed red-brown, but usually there isn’t much of it; in water it appears yellow
Like yellow clay? I do seem to have a vague memory of touching it when I was little. The color of iron isn’t yellow, right?
Many of the pipes here are not used for years; when they are turned on, there’s dirty rusted water inside – at first it’s a dark color, and then it turns yellow.
I think it’s iron oxide, after all, there is oxygen in water.
Then the yellow one, or the color of mud soup.
