Wall thickness code in SH standard or HG20615 standard

I’ve always been unclear as to whether the wall thickness determined based on the wall thickness codes in SH/T3405 includes a corrosion allowance and a negative thickness deviation There are similar wall thickness codes in HG/T20615 as well; are they the same? Similar posts were also found on the forum, but it seems no authoritative answers were provided.
The wall thickness obtained from the wall number in SH/T3405 is the nominal thickness. . . And the corrosion allowance and thickness deviation are factors to be taken into account during your design calculations. . Taking these into account, let’s choose the appropriate SCH. .
