Anhui Haoyuan: The safety assessment report for the project to upgrade the raw material production process for 400,000 tons of synthetic ammonia and 700,000 tons of urea per year was successfully approved by experts. In order to actively respond to the call of the \"Action Plan for Accelerating Structural Adjustment, Shifting Development Models, and Promoting Upgrading\", and in light of its current development status, Anhui Haoyuan Company plans to carry out a project in the Fuyang Coal-Based New Materials Industrial Park to transform its production facilities so as to achieve relocation and upgrading of the enterprise. This project will enable an annual production of 400,000 tons of synthetic ammonia and 700,000 tons of urea. The project utilizes advanced technologies such as pressurized coal gasification to relocate, upgrade, and transform the company’s existing 20 traditional fixed-bed batch gasifiers, 2 old ammonia synthesis units, 2 old urea production units, as well as the associated facilities. It aims to build an ammonia synthesis plant with an annual production capacity of 400,000 tons, a urea production plant with an annual capacity of 700,000 tons, along with the necessary supporting infrastructure. After listening to the presentation of the project, the leaders from the Fuyang City Work Safety Supervision Bureau and the experts from the inspection team agreed that the project has a reasonable location, scientific design, and standardized layout; it complies with **industrial policies as well as the \"energy conservation and emission reduction\" policies, and falls under the category of projects that are encouraged according to the **Guidance Catalogue for Industrial Structure Adjustment (2011 version) (Revised)**. Attendees included invited experts, the unit responsible for preparing the assessment report, as well as relevant personnel from Anhui Haoyuan Chemical Group Co., Ltd.
