Inspection of high-voltage cables

There are hundreds of high-voltage cables (10kV and above) in the cable tunnel; since one of them needs to be cut, how can we identify the correct cable without error?
Look at the number. It’s possible to find the right one, measure the resistance, and also find the right one.
Is there something like a tool to check network cables? :lol

You can look for them this way: cables that are in use will have a temperature; by excluding those that are in use, the remaining ones that are not in use can be detected using induction
