Who knows which design institute was responsible for designing the sodium methanethiol project of Ningxia Ziguang or Weitai Fengyuan? Or who knows which design firm has worked on the sodium methanethiolate project for methanol-hydrogen sulfide? Thank you! reward_7ree

The Ningxia Ziguang Tianhua Methionine Co., Ltd. project for producing 10,000 tons of sodium methanethiol per year requires an investment of around 10.86 million yuan. The construction site is located in the Zhongwei Industrial Park, with a land area of approximately 2,820 m2; the project involves building a production facility capable of producing 10,000 tons of sodium methanethiol per year, along with related infrastructure. This device uses a static mixing method: liquid methanethiol enters the static mixer, where it is vaporized by absorbing heat from an alkaline solution preheated to 50°C and with a concentration of 15%~17%. The resulting gas-liquid mixture then enters a first-stage reaction vessel for further reaction and absorption. Any unreacted methanethiol proceeds to a second static mixer, where it continues to react with sodium hydroxide solution, thereby producing a 21% sodium methanethiolate solution.
