Currently, three new sections have been added to our Life Zone, and there is a need for someone to manage the various sections related to former chemical engineering universities in the short term. If you have any ideas, please share them along with your suggestions and requirements in the reply. At the moment, I haven’t communicated with everyone. 1. There’s only one section for Liuli 4585 – what else is there to do as a part-time job? 2. Personally, I believe moderators of inactive forums should work part-time and take on multiple responsibilities simultaneously, that is, managing both inactive and active forums at the same time. During the evaluation, the amount of content managed that month is one factor; the number of posts made by individuals in inactive sections during that month also counts as part of the evaluation. 3. It’s still necessary to strengthen communication; avoid competing for management responsibilities, and also don’t neglect them altogether – make an internal balance.
It depends on the part-time moderator’s opinion; I would definitely be in full support! ;P The best advice is to merge the three sections with similar content inside – the more sections there are, the less interesting it becomes! Such as graduation, job hunting, recruitment :$

Currently, managing the job hunting & recruitment section involves simply reading posts and dealing with any illegal or spammy posts ； At the same time, provide some explanations and encouragement to the poster in accordance with the format of the topic post! Part-time university version: quickly get to know the features of this version and manage it actively!
