Dalian Tianfan Anti-corrosion (Group) specializes in providing anti-corrosion technical services for petrochemical enterprises, and possesses 14 patented products. Among them are two binary invention patent technologies. Here, two technical products are introduced for now: the coating technology to prevent sulfuric acid dew point corrosion in flue gas desulfurization towers – the HH flue gas desulfurization tower patented product has been used in over 20 large-scale petrochemical enterprises. Its features are: (1) temperature resistance up to 300°C, (2) resistance to alternating acid and alkali conditions, and (3) resistance to fluid erosion corrosion (FAT). These are the three key characteristics. The acidic water tank is also known as a sulfur-containing wastewater tank. Tianfan Company was the first in China to use AR sacrificial anodes together with MO specialized anti-corrosion coatings, adopting a combined anti-corrosion approach. Over a period of ten years, the effectiveness of this method has been proven to be outstanding; the use of coatings in conjunction with electrochemical cathodic protection techniques enables them to work together, complementing each other’s strengths to achieve long-term anti-corrosion effects.
